个人简介

        1986年本科毕业于南京大学,1989年获南京大学环境生物学专业硕士学位,后在南京大学环境科学系历任讲师、副教授至2002年。期间于2000年获日本东京海洋大学环境保全专业博士学位。2001-2003年在日本国立环境研究所开展博士后工作, 2003年至2012年在日本产业技术综合研究所担任特别研究员。研究内容涉及环境微生物学、水生生态学,生态毒理学等诸多领域,并将分子生物学技术,生态调控技术,以及现代微量分析技术应用于环境科学领域的研究。曾主持和参加了4项国家自然科学基金项目、3项日本文部省科研费项目和2项日本产业技术综合研究所所内研究项目,在微量微生物样品的快速鉴定方法的开发、富营养化湖泊水体的成因分析与生态学治理以及生活废水的生态学净化方法等方面取得多项成果。目前已发表中、英、日文论文19篇(SCI收录10篇),获日本授权专利2项。
       2013年1月被东南大学作为海外人才引进。现任东南大学能源与环境学院副教授、日本产业技术综合研究所客座研究员。现主持东南大学高校基本科研业务专项基金一项,江苏省环境监测科研基金一项,参与十二五水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项一项。

科研、教改项目

1)东南大学高校基本科研业务专项基金:快速、简便鉴定蓝藻新方法的开发和应用,已结题,主持。
2)江苏省环境监测科研基金:飞行时间质谱法简便、快速鉴定蓝藻新方法的开发以及在监测蓝藻水花中的应用    2014.11-2015.11
研究内容:将分析化学概念引入蓝藻的鉴定领域,开发利用质谱仪直接鉴定蓝藻细胞的方法,并建立了识别蛋白质(biomarker)数据库。建立操作程序简单并可标准化,对蓝藻水华的实时、在线监测方法。
3)国家科技重大专项:竺山湾农村分散式生活污水处理技术集成研究与工程示范(2012ZX07101-005),参与,2012.1-2015.12
以生态学的处理方法-氧化塘深度处理工业和生活污水,并评价系统的生态演变和处理效果
4) 南京环境科学研究所承担“全国地下水基础环境调查与评估 ”项目中,浮游生物定性、定量分析测试。2015/05-2015/12,在研,主持。
5) 南京市环境监测中心站委托项目《流域水生态环境质量监测与评价研究》测试对比, 2015/7-2015/11, 在研,主持。
